Paris by far and more of them the Hilton de Effiel is one of the best as it is inexpensive and 2 blocks from the Tower and is central to everything exellent staff also have a blast Hey!!!

I have done some research on London hostels. I would recommend the following…

NOEL STREET YOUTH HOSTEL

The Noel Street Youth Hostel, based in central London, near Oxford Street has had good reviews in the press over the last few years – so I would go for that one.

You can get inexpensive places to stay even within London or Rome by staying at Youth Hostels. Google to find them.

The Hilton hotels are reasonably priced. And theres like 10 of them in different parts of London.
Or you could so if there’s a Travel Lodge in London. They’re like £29 per night.
